At NutraCarez, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The product must not be damaged or tampered with.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used soaps
  • Opened hair oil bottles
  • Opened food products (dry fruits, seeds, nuts)
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using your original payment method or bank transfer.
